CellBlock FCS was born as a response to the growing risks of lithium-ion battery fires. Many of our patented fire containment products feature CellBlockEX, an engineered dry loose-fill extinguishing agent that is revolutionizing the way the world handles, transports, and stores lithium-ion batteries.
What began as an answer to inflight fires in the airline industry has grown into a comprehensive line of products, including UN packaging, DOT SP packaging, personal protective equipment, and custom storage and charging solutions.
The CellBlock brand is trusted worldwide by hazmat teams, emergency responders, airline crews, mining companies, battery recyclers, technology labs, hospital staff, transportation professionals, and more.

At the symposium, we’ll be highlighting our Safe Charge Sleeve E Series. Created in response to the growing risk of battery fires from ebikes and power tools, the E Series is specifically engineered to contain thermal runaway when charging batteries used in ebikes, escooters, power tools, outdoor tools, drones, and RC cars.

Lastly, we offer incident response products under the LIBIK (Lithium-Ion Battery Incident Kits) line. At the symposium, we’ll be featuring two of our LIBIK products. We’ll be brining the FireShield EV Blanket, which does what it sounds like: safely and effectively contains EV battery fires. Our partners, Call2Recycle, will be bringing our EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) Kit, a wall-mounted solution designed to provide on-the-spot response to thermal runaways wherever they occur: office, shop, garage, factory floor – you name it.
